Refund policy

14-day returns. You can return most items within 14 days of delivery. Items must be unused and in their original packaging.

How to start a return. Email cedarandstow@gmail.com with your order number and the item you want to return. We reply within one business day with the return address and instructions. Items sent back without a return request cannot be accepted.

Return shipping. Return shipping is paid by the customer, unless the item arrived damaged, defective, or not as described.

Damaged, defective, or wrong items. Email us within 7 days of delivery with your order number and a photo. We will send a replacement or a full refund at no cost to you, and you will not need to send the item back.

Refunds. Once we receive and inspect your return, we will email you. Approved refunds go back to your original payment method within 5–10 business days; your bank may take a few more days to post it. Original shipping charges are refunded only when the item was damaged, defective, or not as described.

Exchanges. To exchange an item, return it for a refund and place a new order for the item you want.

Non-returnable items. Gift cards cannot be returned.

Cancellations. You can cancel an order for a full refund any time before it ships by emailing us.
